I had carrots and guacamole! Such an easy snack. I also had a couple of hard boiled eggs and fruit. Keeping it simple!

Totally! This program is more of an elimination diet than calories counting-getting all of the processed food that can be inflammatory to the cells is a goal.

We are just tracking the food! This program is about eating whole food, not necessarily tracking calories, although you certainly can do that.
