@LivinBest_Life Thank you! I did a lot of portion control. The main key was I didn’t stop eating what I wanted, I just controlled the amount I ate. So instead of 2 bowls of ice cream I would have like half a bowl of ice cream. I also did 30-45 minutes of cardio twice a week. That’s how I was able to shed it off quickly and…
