I normally use the calorie burn that is shown on the treadmills I use at the gym I go to, they are usually lower than what MFP calculates, so I am hopefully burning more than I am logging.

When I see a sign in a shop window saying “buy your (whatever it is) here! Unfortunately your definitely not the first and will not be the last, it’s sad that people have to lie to make themselves more important! What’s must go on in their minds, the self delusion must be enormous.
