I struggle with that as well, that’s why I moved to a place where the apartment gym is a very close walk from my apartment and to a state that never gets too cold lol. Good luck with your goals. Welcome!

Thanks, everyone! These are helpful tips. I’ll just eat healthy, watch my calories and exercise and see where it gets me by September! No matter what any progress is progress. :)

I just joined as well! Nice to meet you. Good luck with your goals. Are you trying to follow a certain calorie limit or is there a certain way you’re trying to meet your goals? I’m trying to stick with Whole Foods, lots of veggies, high protein, and 1300-1400 calories a day. I’ll let you know how that goes! I’d love to…
