No LNS for the past 7 days. The last one I had was two cups of popcorn I had such bad indigestion the next day I made several attempts to go to ER I thought I was having a heart attack.

I am in also you can add me as a friend. I am down 190 from 202 started in Dec, losing 5 lbs a month is a realistic starting point. What works for me is logging in my food and exercise every day and being honest about it.
