Yes, I understand this. I use a food scale for everything. There is some uncertainty, but it evens out eventually. For example one loaf of bread is 400gr and has 22 slices. I weight the whole loaf and use total weight/22 for every slice. Same with meat and cheese. And for cooking and breakfast I weight everything that goes…

Thanks a lot. It looks like I lost about 2.4kg in 6 weeks, thus 0.4kg per week. I guess half a pound is about 0.22kg per week? Thus substantially more. I've played a bit with this calculator. So if I lost 0.4 per week my deficite would be nearly twice, thus around 400 per day, right?
