just set up your profile and put in your goals, when you log your food remember to look at your fat, calories and carbs, your goal setting will tell you what you are allotted and once you start doing it for a few days you will get the hang of it. trust me if i could do you so can you.

Im all in!! Started in January watching my food (still have alot of cheat days ) but working out at home and at the gym and ive lost 34 pounds, we just have to find our why and everything falls in place, im working my way down from 207 and im now at 173 with lots more to go!! we can do this girl!!
