  • First week back at MFP and using my fitbit for tracking walking, calories burned, steps, miles, etc. I do seem more motivated when the weather turns to fall rather than in the summer months. Here's to a big weight loss...I hope!!!
  • Hi Girls, all of these posts are so helpful and inspiring. I am new to this whole community and myfitnesspal. Today is my first day. First day, exercised at the gym, gave up sugar and bread. Second day should be easier than day 1. Does anyone have some wisdom to share with a 58 year old woman?
  • Hi Everybody, first day at this new program. 58 years old and still working. Love walking with hubby and cooking at home. Weighed in today at 193. Logged everything I ate and will try to do aerobics tonight, we'll see how the night goes...Kim
