  • Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Put my best foot forward however, my system has issues with dizziness and motion so I didn’t get full 20 minutes. With the small amount of walking I did get and maybe 5 minutes true exercises, I’m considering it half done. Doing my best.... not a total success, but no fail either…
