Most people give up not realizing so many factors contribute to weight and it doesn't mean that your efforts are going to waste. Keep up the good work 🔥

Day 4 🌸Weight 57.9 🌸10K steps Actually i found out i can actually track calories lol. I used to get frustrated like 2 years ago but now I'm like a changed person. Like the stuff that was hard then is easy to the current me.I'm now good at being consistent. Limiting belief disintegrated 🔥
