You don't realise they chip little bits away from you bit by bit until you don't recognise yourself ... Those little digs that come across as jokes eat away at you. The anger escalates and you're left feeling wtf all the time . π

Found myself single again at 40 after 10 years and really struggling with self esteem right now and insecurity. I have 4 children and really finding it all hard to find myself again!! I've lost 4 stone since early 2020 .. this breakup is hard. This is my second failed marriage . #wegotthis
