I really want to loose another 4kg before the end of lock down, when we can all go to group classes again. I was always the older, bigger one. I can't do a lot about my age, but saying I've lost 20kg would sounds pretty good.

I try to only eat the allocated calories. The exercise earned calories I only eat if I plan a treat. Thats usually at the weekend. I don't feel guilty at all if I use them, but I'd only eat that days exercise. So basically start fresh every day.
