It' is pretty interesting how this happens. I feel my body/emotions changing as I eat foods that I have been avoiding for years - cheese, eggs, beef/pork/dark meat. Those continuous cravings seem to be fading. However, sometimes I want something refreshing or lite. Cucumbers work really well for this. Any other suggestions?

[I am not quite ready for the 800 cal recommended for weight loss, but I am heading in that direction. Please don't go down to 800 calories, that's not part of Keto at all.
