I lift 4-5 days a week. 2 full body days and 1 leg day focused with more compound movements and the other more isolated. My body has changed and thankfully not squishy. But not as lean as I’d like to be! Even doing low carb..

No I don’t incorporate Any at the moment. I was thinking of doing supersets you keep a higher heart rate 🤷🏻♀️
