You can do this! It’s hard and it takes a lot of work. If you’re having health problems and a lot of stress, it’s going to be harder (and that’s okay). Be intentional with your choices, give yourself permission to make bad choices every once in a while, and set small goals you know you can reach so you can celebrate…

These little guys are so cute!! We have a family of about 10 squirrels in our neighborhood and I love sitting outside watching them run around and play in the morning.

I was surprised by how much weighing every day helped me, too! It’s more of a journal to see how different things affect my weight. A learning experience for sure.
