This is so well said. I couldn’t have formed the same words. I totally agree. I change my routine so often and can’t imagine needing to stick to the same thing because someone told me to. Right! I was flabbergasted. He said it would be good for me to “moderately” exercise 7 days a week by burning 500 cals per workout, OR exercise 5 days a week by burning 700!
