Here's something I learned this week: get to my ultimate goal by making many S-M-A-R-T goals: Specific Measurable Attainable Relevant Time based Each week I am working on 1 thing new, A new fruit or veggie, a new recipe, a different place to walk, one better snack option. Anything that will help me reach my ultimate goal.
