I wasn’t losing at 1200. I went on 1000 or 1100 that’s the lowest safe number for an adult to consume (I’ve read, and the app will allow). It takes feeling hungry and miserable. Neither I enjoy. I spread my calories out in mini meals and don’t waste them on just anything. Protein keeps you full so use the calories on that.…

I’d remove peanut butter / nut butters from the diet if you’re not measuring precise amounts every time. I use 1 tsp of sunflower butter, low carb - high fiber wrap, and a small banana (measured) then cut it in half and eat that post workout. Biggest bang for the buck is greek yogurt. Make sure you get the low calorie ones.
