A bit upset, tried to increase the weight in my barbel, i had a hard time on the bicep curl exercise, tho the other exercises are ok..seems i have weak forearms.. :/ been on weights for more than a month...need more motivation 😓

I have a pretty bad diet and vices too, trying to turn things around, downloaded this app 3 weeks ago and it helped me much...i now try to change my diet and workout daily...
