When I couldn't fit into my favorite outfit. Now I can't fit into my favorite outfit but it's because it's too big. I'm waiting for my tailor to be back to work so I can have it taken in.

As you know I only have been doing 80 day obsession. The diet has been followed for the most part but I was thinking about taking this lead about doing an additional workout in the evening. I like Autumn so I want to do hers in the AM and something more cardio based in the evening as hers is mostly weights. I'm just not…

I agree with @foreverkudzi Once I started eating 90 minutes before working out, I felt I could push through month two so much better. My normal meal before any of those workouts was the same: 1/4 dry oats, cooked with a tsp of almond butter or coconut oil mixed in, two eggs over medium and 4 oz of cooked spinach. Seemed to…

I have been thrifting one new outfit a month while I lose so I have things that fit and become loose over time. Eventually I will donate it back to the place I got it from.

I used to use my babies to workout. Instead of rocking them in a rocker, I'd imitate the motion by doing lunges. When they were on the floor, I've hover above them and make a game out of doing pushups by making faces as I get closer to them. Jog while taking them on a walk. Put them on your chest as you do situps.. The…

I eat 5 meals a day. Sometimes I'm looking at the clock to see if at least 3-4 hours have passed and other times I check the time and it has been over 6 hours. Even if you're not hungry, eat something healthy. Bring an apple to eat, nuts, something is better than letting it go.

Sorry if this was already asked; I didn't read other comments.. Are you taking measurements? If not, start. Did you take a starting photo and compare it to more recent photos? If not, do it! How many more reps can you do now than you could do before? How about endurance doing particular cardio moves or whole workouts?…

I bought Beachbody on demand for the year for $99 back in February. There are a ton of programs on there that do not require more than water, a towel, and a good mindset.

Try it and see how it tastes

Heck im not obese and i still couldnt get a good reading on that thing. Im curious: when you manually check your heartrate (count your pulses over a one minute time) does what your watch match your count? Mine never did when working out

You have to do more exercises that focus in those areas. I personally have bought sliders and do plank exercises where I'm drawing my feet into my stomach in some manner. Whether I'm crossing my legs and doing it to get an oblique exercises or keeping them uncrossed and doing a wide-legged stance while they draw in -…

I thought that was roughly 30 grams of protein per hundred grams of chicken weight. What I don't understand is you're supposed to weigh it raw and log that. Maybe i misread this because im not sure what exactly why youd reweigh it after cooking if you already had the reading

You dont have to eat them back if you set your caloric intake to include them. For the loss i want to see i should set mine to roughly 1500 but instead i set it to 1850 knowing ill burn at least 350 since i workout hard for an hour 6 days a week. Mine doesnt log into mfp for that very reason tho

This came from a ton of coaches who prep people for shows and are in the medical field so im wondering where your knowledge is really coming from

Exercising is more of a mental challenge than a physical one and having the right mindset before starting a workout is important. What are your goals for that workout? If you do not set any, then you're more likely to fail than to succeed. If you're lifting weights, are you lifting more? If you're doing more body weight…

I have my sugar high because of the 3 servings of fruit I have daily. If I was eating other types of sugar, 6 teaspoons is more than enough. I agree with you though: Sugar is not good if you're trying to get tight and tone especially. Once I'm at a good body fat % I plan to drop my sugar to almost nothing. High sodium is a…

It doesn't matter how any of us feels about it honestly. I wear one to respect the people around me. Not wearing one means you're a disrespectful POS

That my skin would look amazing

I am easily frustrated and have issues controlling my emotions. I have never been diagnosed with anything because I have never been able to afford going to someone to be diagnosed. Now I keep a journal of my slip ups and try to work on it on my own every day.
-
I came home during the middle of my workday to pet/play with my dog. I exercised when I felt frazzled. I posted a journal entry about my problems to let it out into the universe and let those emotions go

I personally would put a lot more efforts into your meals. The only processed food I intake is protein powder. Cooking meals and meal prepping takes a little more effort but I feel a lot better about myself and my skin as never looked better. It is calories in and out but also watch your sodium intake. Pre packaged foods…

@kim i disagree. OP, here's something a lot of coaches i personally know agree on

300-400 calorie meals 5-6 times a day

Yes, every night. I make enough for the next day's lunch. Chicken or fish, rice or sweet potatoes (with flax seed if i do not consume fish), and a veggie.

Examine your diet. Are you weighing everything you put pass your lips? More importantly, what are you eating? 4 cups of veggies? 3 cups of fruit? 0.7-1g of protein per lb is what has been working for me. Processed foods at a minimum, cook and prep everything yourself... How much sleep do you get? 7-9 hours will keep your…

Processed foods leave an unpleasant taste in the back of my throat. I find myself overeating just to get rid of it

First and foremost, you didn't gain 25lb, you lost 60!!! Tough love is needed here: you not knowing where you went wrong is a problem. Not having a good mindset is a problem. Self care and self love are very important with this lifestyle change so give yourself a break and dont quit! I just posted this on another forum but…
