Drove 6 hrs on Saturday to attend nephews wedding. 5.2 mile jog on the treadmill today. Good enough to end the regular work outs this week… Sundays is easy 30 minute work out.

M-F typically 5 oz 0% Fage, 3-5 oz fresh fruit mixed in. Grapes, mango, pineapple and when available cherries 🤤 also half oz of purely Elizabeth . I grind up some beans and brew up 20 oz of coffee. If a small croissant is laying around well he’s going down as well..

At 48 in 54X30 size pants with a 4XL shirt. Yesterday in 30X32 Levi’s trying on a small shirt.. that fit 😳 Will be turning 52 in 3 months. All done by tracking what goes in and paying a bit of the toll by putting in about 45-60 mins of exercise WO a day. Sundays is easy with a 30 min WO. I think those are the same shoes..

Outside jog. 4.3 miles. Over half of it was against the 20+ mph wind 🌬 gusts. Definitely could feel the resistance. However managed to keep my pace under 10 mins per mile. Good enough.

So I’m 6’ and I’m at 189. I’ve dropped to as low as 187 recently but I keep going between 192 and 189. However it seems like the body is fighting going lower. Lately been jogging to Ramones greatest hits. The blitzkrieg bop is a a great kick off song and the tempo of subsequent songs has been working well for my outdoor jogs.

Intended to do a slow jog. Wanted to keep to 11 min miles. Well 1st mile was just above 10. I kept pushing ahead and ended up with 9:49 avg mile for the 4 miles and then some…
