Do you have gym access? I’d say maybe do an elliptical or a recumbent bike workout. See if the pain walking is currently causing persists. After glow of a 4 mile run.

5 mile run to the lake. Then 2 miles, a 14+ min mile and a 13+ min mile walk back to the house. It was 50 degree, but still managed to get my sweat on. I foresee elliptical tomorrow to give my gankle(gimp+ankle) a rest. I’d say it’s the weather, but getting older and pushing it always reminds us of our old injuries.

Slogged out a Friday 10k. Humidity was 90% even though it was in the lower 80s according to weather report because of the humidity it felt like 91. I agreed. In last few months I do a daily run. However I do some slow jogs during the week. Slogging is a thing google It. Sundays is my short work out and if it’s a run I at least try to do 30 mins. Sundays since it’s less time I may make it my fast run for the week as well. At min I’ll do a daily 5k with a 10k for hump day.

I’ve pretty much been in maintenance for a year now. I do a lot more cardio than lifting. I stay within + or - 5 lbs of my current weight(179-185). I am a daily workout guy. Sundays is my taking it easy day with a 30 min WO. However on occasion depending on weather and how I’m feeling 30 mins gets tossed out the window. Like yesterday went out for slow outside 5k and ended getting home after finishing up a 10k.
