Had a salad with some leftover grilled top sirloin, portobello mushrooms, long in the tooth avocado and bell peppers. Half a limes juice over avocado which created a nice creamy sauce with some good fats.. Pretty even #s on the 3 major front..

Literally learn to walk with purpose. If you want to run to loose weight yes it can help however if you’ve never run and don’t foresee it as something you’d enjoy there are plenty of other exercises less impactful that you may want to take up. Just easy Sunday 4 mile jog before it turned 1 million degrees. Finished in about 38 mins.. shared a lox bagel with the wife, cup of coffee.. and since it was brunch a mandatory 5 oz glass of pomegranate sangria.

Plain greek yogurt or Skyr(Fage or Siggi’s), fresh fruit(black, straw, blue berries), mango, pineapple, grapes. Usually do 4-5 oz of yogurt/skyr to 4-6 oz of fresh fruit.

Congrats to all… This is me these days… I take off my watch when I sleep if not I’ll get a good amount of alerts as I regularly can be under 40 bpm for over 10 mins. Grilled a few portobellos a few days ago. My dinner tonight. I sprayed a pan with some olive oil to reheat the shrooms. I weighed the Misto before and after. .03 of an oz is all I used. Pretty sure 7 oz is not going to mess me up. The wagyu sausage I had before shrooms well that’s a different story. 😂

If I do load up before a run I keep it light with 5 oz of Greek yogurt with 5-7 oz of fresh fruit(cherries, mango, pineapple usually) and maybe 10 oz(half of my morning serving) of coffee or a 12 oz Celsius I’m good to go and it shouldn’t affect my run. To heavy an preload and I’ll feel it. However it’s not a set rule…

Yup that’s the one I own. I use oil very sparingly. The pan already is a special type and strictly use the little bit of oil for browning some onions before adding the full load like vegetables protein etc..
