In last few months I do a daily run. However I do some slow jogs during the week. Slogging is a thing google It. Sundays is my short work out and if it’s a run I at least try to do 30 mins. Sundays since it’s less time I may make it my fast run for the week as well. At min I’ll do a daily 5k with a 10k for hump day.

I can easily eat half a lox bagel or sesame with cream cheese and a cup or 2 of coffee. 4-6 oz of Icelandic skyr or Greek yogurt with about same amount of fruit(mango, pineapple, cherries) is another one of my lighter go to fuel that at least for me is not to heavy. I’ve pretty much been in maintenance for a year now. I do a lot more cardio than lifting. I stay within + or - 5 lbs of my current weight(179-185). I am a daily workout guy. Sundays is my taking it easy day with a 30 min WO. However on occasion depending on weather and how I’m feeling 30 mins gets tossed out the window. Like yesterday went out for slow outside 5k and ended getting home after finishing up a 10k.

Plain Greek or Skyr Icelandic yogurt. I prefer fresh fruit. For a 4-5 oz serving of yogurt I add 4-6 oz of fruit combo. Mango, cherries, pineapples, grapes. Lunch today… Boiled eggs

Native American hump day 10k Got it done before UV went into the red zone. 85 with 70% humidity sure as hell doesn’t feel like 85. Slow and steady jog.. 10:35 Avg.

Had a salad with some leftover grilled top sirloin, portobello mushrooms, long in the tooth avocado and bell peppers. Half a limes juice over avocado which created a nice creamy sauce with some good fats.. Pretty even #s on the 3 major front..

Ran 5 miles on treadmill and completed via nose breathing. 0% mouth breathing. Was testing myself.

I try to stay away from the #. It’s different for everyone. But yeah I was well 4 Benjamins… same bucket.. it was a trooper and survived me going well over the limits. 😂

Literally learn to walk with purpose. If you want to run to loose weight yes it can help however if you’ve never run and don’t foresee it as something you’d enjoy there are plenty of other exercises less impactful that you may want to take up. Just easy Sunday 4 mile jog before it turned 1 million degrees. Finished in about 38 mins.. shared a lox bagel with the wife, cup of coffee.. and since it was brunch a mandatory 5 oz glass of pomegranate sangria.
