Today I did a 45 min run and the kids were out for a 20 mins on bikes! 1 hr 5 mins

I ran around my property 20 times while the kids played in the yard haha! Then did a metcon 5 rounds 15 lunges, 15 push ups, sprint The kids also did 20 minute of kids fitness workout. Family Total: 1 hour 30 mins
