  • Thank you ! I always aim to lose 2lbs a week ... but ... I'm weeks behind ... so this time, I'm just trying to take it a day at a time. Recently I've gained 8lbs ... so I'm just trying to stop gaining first ! Feeble goal I know ... but I have to conquer this if I can even think of reducing. What are your current goals ?
