  • Keep a small calorie deficit if you want to lose fat. Glad you're eating protein. You need to get protein.
  • I love these protein snacks- I also make lemon bars with protein.I can send you the recipe. They have over 30 grams of protein and no sugar. I also make 2 smoothies at once on days that I don't want to prep too much. I love this protein powder because it's not chalky and mixes so nicely in coffee for my creamer. :-)
  • I would make sure your macros are balanced too. Calories help with weight loss but macros help with body composition, fat loss and muscle retention. Bread isn't as filling as other carbs like vegetables which are calorie dense too. But I was super protein deficient and so I literally weigh the same but put on over 10 lbs.…

  • I do notice that working out causes it. Rest and recovery along with probiotic, digestive enzymes, lower salt and carb intake help me. Rest and recovery are the 2 factors that help me the most. Thank you for posting this - bloating is not fat but it can feel like it.
