I quit 1 September 20! I really had to....Just celebrated the big 6-oh...and the first birth in ages that I was sober...lets go back to 16 and call it good....definitely helps with the weight loss

Empty calories I keep telling myself....Was sober from March to to July of this year....then my conscious brain started telling me stories of it would be different this time....sorry but it doesn't that way....one day at a time so far so good since September 1st....wish me luck y'all....down 22 pounds since March 1st

6'1 started at 259 and am 59....finally broke through 240...was having trouble this number...235.4 at this time...gave up alcohol along the way which has helped....trying for small goals 225/210 and then on from there...I use to run under 30 minutes for a 5k...but that was a few years ago...just trying not to use age as an…

I too am in the Heath Care field (Rad Tech).....lots of sweets brought in as a "here thanks" not to mention door dash and others...luckily live where I can go out and walk...at least until winter and cold weather comes to visit

No restrictions....try to stay just under calorie intake....losing about 1.5 a week....did away with alcohol....back into running/jogging/walking....try to eat clean.....using bodyfast for IF (intermittent fasting) 10/14 works for me....and thanks for all your posts it gets a person thinking...always good!
