I started running last year with couch to 5k and the program is brilliant. I managed to finish without injury despite being 5 stone overweight. I would highly recommend going to a running store near you for recommendations for the best shoes for you. I didn’t get on with some of the popular makes. It’s worth a go. Good…

Coffee first thing. Then brunch around 11am. Todays was 5 mushrooms chopped and cooked with large handful of spinach and an egg on the top with a slice of wholemeal danish toast.

Hi I’m short at 5ft1 and need to lose 30kg/60lb ish. I am on 1380 calories a day. I eat most but not all exercise calories. I tend to have brunch then dinner. Unless I swim then I get really hungry then it’s 3 meals. I prefer to do my exercise in the mornings before work.

Hi I just started this. I have never been able to run so this will be interesting. I am fairly active and enjoy horse riding and swimming and do a lot of walking but wanted to try something different. Today was week one day one. I managed to do alll of the runs (slow jog) felt great after. Going to aim for Monday Wednesday…

Walking and swimming or even walking in pool. I have had trouble with knees and back these have helped.
