Walking until I'm cleared, then back to running. Before BFP, I was registered for a marathon in Jan 2014 so I'm now deferred in that until 2015. So I'll be starting to train for that slowly.

Just got a BFP on Friday evening so haven't even made a doctor's appointment. According to the online due date calculators the EDD is April 24! This is our first. So excited.

Wait until you are well. Even once you are well take it easy. I had walking pneumonia at the beginning of last month and it took me several weeks to get over. When I tried to get back on the treadmill after I was starting to feel better I had a mild relapse. Definitely not fun! Continue to watch your food intake and drink…

Absolutely! Also don't be afraid to repeat certain weeks over if you need to. Instead of 9 weeks I think it took me 12.

I started with it this past July and completed a 1/2 marathon last weekend. The whole experience was one of the best things I have done for myself both mentally and physically!

I'm also on Jenny Craig and have lost 35 lbs since I joined in July. I find it to be perfect for me as I often do not have time to cook and need someone else to do that part for me so to speak. There are also message boards on the Jenny Craig website which are tremendously helpful and supportive with lots of advice focused…
