Motivation is hard to give to someone else. Looking at the success stories always helps me! I would love to be friends! I am currently inside the healthy BMI range, just not back down to where I would like to be. Sitting at 140 instead of 130 is no fun! Perhaps having some friends who can see my log each day will help me keep at it!
