I've done that in the past and liked it so I guess I may have to try that again. One thing I know is I drink more when its pretty cold water, not room temp.

So on Monday I stated my goals this week were: to keep up with water, stop eating after 8pm, and log at least 3 workouts this week. I know what you mean. Going over always has such a sting. I've fallen off for a bit I'm back at it today. I did a restart and completed a 24hr fast to get my mind back in the right head space. I had the same issue. Mother's day set me back but I did have a good one so I can't be mad. I forgot to weigh myself that morning so I messed that up too and of course this morning was a gain because I did too much yesterday lol. So I'm just going to document my next weigh in on Sunday. SAME! This week is so different than the last. I lost last week and was more health conscious of my choices. This week has been hard. Way different circumstances. Not to mention I've been super stressed this week with kids and work. All I can do is keep trying right? We're striving so we'll be fine. We will get this!

I prefer weekly. I can't take the daily fluctuations. Plus not knowing the number motivates me to push a bit harder to reach a good number later on. If I put in the effort it's really esteeming!

When using the app on my android phone when I long press on the meal item a menu comes up and one of the options is delete. Hope that works for you.
