I used a mini bread pan to make it and keep portion sizes in check. ^-^ and added lots of wheat germ instead if bread crumbs.

I'd say stop using the machine for a couple of weeks and see what happens... because didn't the gain start *after* you started using it?

Hello! I'm here to try and get my diet healthyer and make some friends. I need to lose 23 more pounds. It's really a struggle, today I'm switching my late night snack of chips and dip to a hot cup of broth. Little changes count right?
