Because 10lbs is spread out over your entire body, it doesnt just clump in the usual spaces
-
Agreed, your doctor should be able to tell you what foods are right for you
-
There is few reasons. 1. You may not have much weight to lose and a reasonable amount of weight loss is .5lbs per week. 2. You are experiencing water retention that is masking loss, from higher sodium, higher carbs, hormones or new exercise. 3. You are eating more then you think, you need to make sure that you are using a…

In all honesty, when I lost my weight the first time (165lbs) and was struggling with binge eating disorder, after a bout of bulimia, I put almost 100lbs back on, because of the I dont give a crap scenario.. however.. long, long before putting on that 100lbs, I could have reached out to my doctor and got back on my meds…

A lot. However that's more to say you're not alone so much as everyone is whining. However it's your body, your weight, your mouth and your choice, no one can make you say no, even with the best advice, you have to care about the situation enough to stop, so far you've only cared enough to make a post. So you've already…

Try eating something more dense besides that 1 meal?
-
What foods have you been craving? And what's stopping you from trying to eat them regularly and in moderation?
-
Okay, what about your diary entries? Are you using usda entries and nutritional information from the packaging?
-
No, because no one should have to eat 900 calories a day to lose weight. How are you determining how much you are eating? Do you use a food scale?
-
Only you can make the choice to stick with it, but it's also up to you on how hard you wanna make it on yourself, so that you can stick with it easier
-
That being said... since 2 slices of average bread is 160 calories.. and you have 180.. I doubt they are using 20 calories of tuna and mayo, so this is why you shouldnt use entries like "tuna salad sandwich"
-
You are probably right about a lot of it being water.. Regardless on if you increase cardio, you still have to make sure you eat 1200 calories.. reducing them is not going to benefit you in any way, health wise or weight wise, making yourself hungrier is just asking for a binge. What is your rate of loss set to? Half a…

The weight loss tickers are super old.. back in the day people used to have them displayed as signatures on the forums every time they posted lol I wouldnt be surprised if they didnt work, but if you go into the settings on the site and customize the ticker, it may start it up
-
Since you cannot reduce your calories below 1200, then you are going to either have to work on reducing your portions or increasing your cardio. However I will say that your calories are very low, how tall are you? What's your weight that you are maintaining? How much did you gain?
-
I really don't understand what you're saying.. The part where you say "the screen goes to macro, calories" Maybe someone else knows what you mean.. or could you try and explain?
-
There is nothing wrong with carbs. The problem is if you are eating too many calories. If you're eating over calorie goal, then that is the discussion you need to have, not about not eating carbs
-
If you're new here it can be hard to guesstimate premade foods. After being here for years and logging my own weighed food for so long it does get easier to try and get within the ballpark. Since I have no idea what you're eating, I cant even offer you a calorie range to aim for.
-
Weight loss isnt linear. I stayed the same weight for 12 days until this morning.. you just gotta be patient
-
So what would one have to do to be considered active in your opinion?
-
Lol... sorry but if I want pizza... "delicious vegetables" ain't gonna cut it.
-
1000 less then your tdee
-
So.. there is no reason to be strict. Just because you have no carbs left doesnt mean you cant go over those numbers, macros are important but not for weight loss If you have enough calories for dinner aim for good protein and fats and include carbs, it's okay to go over
-
You can eat more if you're active.. so if I was really active I'd eat more cause my maintenance would be higher and then I'd be eating above my bmr but my maintenance is only like 2400 or something
-
Bmr is what the hospital would feed you for calories to maintain your current weight in a coma. I eat less then my bmr, which is currently 1808 per day, I usually eat 1600 to 1700.. and since I am not a vegetable all those calories I'm burning by not being in a coma, contribute to my deficit
-
I'd go with active
-
Did you change your deficit?
-
How many calories are you eating now? What are your stats? Are you happy with your current diet? Are your struggling with it?
-
The exercise does not count in the activity settings for mfp, if you normally get under 3000 steps outside of those walks then you are sedentary
-
Personally I dont find anyone else motivating when I'm not into it, my ex used to go on and on about his gym sessions and whatever and if my eyes could of rolled any far back, they would be looking into the back of my skull. Lol.. 2 years it took but I finally decided to get my body back last month, but honestly I found…

So... lol... It's pretty safe to say that "clean eating" is exactly what it has been established at the beginning... People with unclear definitions of what clean eating is because it's made up to what they think it should be, based on their own opinion. As you can see OP... you've got a bunch of people who claim to be…
