What exactly have you been doing that you have gained that much muscle on your body? If you're in a deficit, while some muscle is possible, I cant imagine you bulking up. But I could be wrong..

It does not matter if you go over the macro goals, mfp turns them red but that's just silliness.. especially if they are healthy fats, those can be consumed unlimited, and mfp does not distinguish between both I go over every day. Macros are changeable and you can make them higher or lower to gear towards your needs.

Since your body does not turn sugar and carbs to fat any easier then someone else.. Perhaps instead of believing that myth, working on portion control and hand to mouth awareness would actually be a beneficial skill to learn during your weight loss.

I dont think there is that much error to eat your entire deficit to maintenance. Some things you could weigh, like if I get salmon and it says each portion is 150, I will weigh those, but if it's a 40 calorie yogurt lol not worth the energy

Yes. You are expected to eat back your calories burned. Your calorie goal when you signed up already includes what you need to lose weight safely.

There is no specific way to set up a particular diet, you have to do your own research and use mfp to count the calories of what you consume. However if you cant see yourself eating that way for the rest of your life, keto probably isnt for you, calorie deficit is all you need for weight loss.
