Hi,
My name is Bo and I'm a new member. I'm a 53 year old married man with five kids. 3 that still live at home. I'm currently 280 pounds and trying too start off setting my goal too lose 30 pounds. I'm familiar with myfitnesspal but I'm confuse on how my calorie intake increases after a workout. Does that mean that I should increase my calorie intake?

Yes. You are expected to eat back your calories burned. Your calorie goal when you signed up already includes what you need to lose weight safely.2
