Hi everyone π± I've just joined and have also just started 5:2 (again) I like Mondays as a fast day.... I feel quite motivated for some reason π Today I have homemade carrot & lentil soup for lunch and a Quorn breaded fillet with a huge salad for dinner....

I was vegetarian for about 33 years. I listened to Earthling Ed. His calm way of intereacting with people made me really listen..... I started to look at milk and dairy in a different way and decided I would feel much better about myself if I gave them up.... Iβm happy to say that after 18 months I wish Iβd made thatβ¦

I had too many carrots in my fridge so decided to make carrot, lentil & potato soup. It's a bit of a faff to weigh the ingredients but it's quite straightforward. I've restarted my 5:2 at the same time and soup is perfect for a "fast" day π
