A bit nervous about posting this as only been exercising about a week properly due to injury. I'm 46 years old and would like to tone my body and work on a six pack if possible. Maybe others are in the same boat and we can encourage eachother. I'm getting over. A bad knee problem, so the exercises I can do are limited but…

Thanks for your detailed response. The knee seems to be related to the gout I suffer with. As soon as I did these exercises it triggered what was a gout attack in the knee which I had before. I will look into to some of your suggestions. Thanks again.
