Currently 175 lbs. Down fron 179. So only lost like 4 lbs in almost 5 months. I need to kick it up a notch.

Hello everyone. I'm a mom of 4 with 20 lbs to lose to hit first goal. I lost 20 approaching year mark but 20 more to lose to hit pre baby weight. I'm ready to give quarantine boredom snacking the boot lol Start weight 198 Current weight 178 Goal weight 158

Thats awesome you've been walking. One of the best workout. Last week doing a few of leslie sanson walking workouts. She has lots of them and it is really fun and upbeat. I'm kind of getting back into exercise after a long cold winter.

You tube random workouts. Always something different to do . Especially if you're like me that will get bored. Somedays I do Jillian Michael's, pop sugar, dance work outs or one with free weights.
