I am now Switzerland or in other words neutral as far as family drama goes. Found out the hard way that being the mediator or monkey in the middle is NOT healthy for me. To shut my sister in laws up. They think I can't get back to a 125 - 130 lb weight range just bc they despise exercise. They think that in order to lose weight you have to be on a perpetual fad diet and starve and work out until it hurts. I'm proving them wrong.

Wait correction I remember it vividly; after a laparoscopy and Endo diagnosis, doctors said that if I didn't change my eating habits and make some positive lifestyle changes endo was gonna get worse. I couldnt do ANYTHING I loved for 3 months and I LOATHED it. THAT was my stop in my tracks point.

So when I began this journey I weighed 158.6 I just weighed myself and I weigh 154.0. I lost 4 lbs! I know I shouldn't get too excited but I am. Yay!

Is it bad to skip lunch sometimes? Sometimes I'll eat a bowl of all bran and 1 egg with 21 grain toast and by lunch time im still full. By dinner time im just about ready to eat. But I dont want to jinx myself by missing a meal.

And I realized I REALLY love wheat bread with all those seeds and whatnot in them. So that makes it easier for me to incorporate it and I never realized Salmon and quinoa versatility

I realized skipping breakfast was totally not good for me bc by lunchtime I'd be starving and eat wte I could just to not feel dizzy or what not so now I MAKE at least a coffee and something light and filling for breakfast. Most days I dont eat lunch
