Oh I definitely can’t hold a plank for 3 minutes. I think I did one on my elbows for 45 seconds this morning so that’s about my max. But yes it’s a really good exercise if you don’t have much time.

It just occurred to me that I rarely eat after brushing my teeth because I hate to get the teeth dirty again. So... how about brushing teeth after dinner? True true... although my biggest problem is eating more of the dinner than anything. I do like sweet drinks too though, that could be an area for me to work on.
