Clothes, angle, lighting, distance... it all makes a difference in the pictures. Try to make sure to take the pics at the same place every time with as little or no clothes on for more accuracy. Try using weekly Progress Pics for motivation. I take mine every Friday morning (Photo Fridays!) and it pushes me throughout the week!
