'Cheating Days' are a no-no... save a 'Cheat Day' for when you reach a major goal... oh yeah, set challenging but realistic goals with time limits, short term and long term. Same here... I lose some significant weight and within 6 months, I'm back where I started. It would be great to have support and encouragement to help achieve our goals.

Yeah, I've been here awhile too and I found the first couple of times I was very motivated and lost weight rather quickly (of course, then I got complacent and gained it all back). Now, I struggle to keep my eyes on the ball... I could use a friend to keep me in line.

By way of progress pics, I've found, and others have told me this too, that it takes losing between 15-20 lbs before I notice a difference in comparison. Of course, I have a lot to lose so that number may change as I lose more. 😐 BTW, active friends are welcome - let's work on making our pics healthy and lean together! 😀😀😀

Typically, there's about 125 calories in a 5 oz glass of good red wine. Probably not much different in white but I don't drink much white. There are five 5 oz glasses in a bottle so there are about 625 calories in a 750 ml bottle of red.

Welcome back! I'm not going through a divorce or anything but I've been on here three or four times, lose 30 or so lbs only to put it back on in six months or so. I just started back and could use the camaraderie and support too. Let's do this!

Clothes, angle, lighting, distance... it all makes a difference in the pictures. Try to make sure to take the pics at the same place every time with as little or no clothes on for more accuracy. I take mine on Friday mornings (I call it Photo Friday... how creative, right?) before jumping in the shower. That way, I haven't…
