I sauté zucchini with taco seasoning on it. Eat it with my tacos, then throw it into a taco salad with the other leftovers the next day.

I haven't done the C25K, but I do a ton of walking at work and hike on the weekends. Do you wear plantar fasciitis insoles in your running shoes? That may help. They take a little while to get used to if you don't wear any, but I keep them in all of my shoes now, greatly improves the way my feet feel at the end of the day.

Those of you growing peas, did you soak the peas beforehand? I soaked the peas for 8 hours before planting, and they germinated in about 9 days.

First off, what is your height? 9 stone is a healthy weight for most heights, you may not need to go losing much weight. Secondly, I don't know much about post ED nutrition, and how it changes your metabolism, but traditionally 700 calories a day is far too low. Anything below 1200 calories is not recommended without…

7 lbs in one week is some pretty heavy weight loss, you should not expect to lose that much weight constantly. That 7 lbs was probably your body expelling water weight in reaction to no longer drinking wine or changing your diet. As long as you are eating at a deficit, and tracking your calories correctly and faithfully,…

I usually weigh them out frozen.

I make a big pitcher of cold brew each weekend and keep it in the fridge, then take it to work in a tumbler over ice with almond milk and sugar free flavored syrups. Cold brew is so much less acrid in my opinion, easier to drink. You can even heat cold brew up, and it stays less acidic than traditional brewing.

I'll make kale chips in the oven anytime I've just got the snackies. Sunflower seeds in the shell are also good, takes a long time to eat, feels like you are eating more than you are, the only issue is the high sodium if thats a worry for you.

You should weigh out the ingredients as you create the recipe in the mfp recipe creator. Once I finish a recipe I usually weigh it, and create servings that way. For example, if I make soup, I weigh out the finished soup in ounces, and where the mfp recipe creator asks for the number of servings I will put in the weight in…

I also use the Country Crock light, its only like 35 cals per tablespoon. I've replaced butter with spray oil in most cases, but I always crave plain buttered noodles when I'm sick, and the CC light is the closest to butter I can get without the calories being crazy.

Progresso has like 3 different versions of the New England Clam Chowder; the traditional, the light version, and the "rich and hearty" version. Maybe you grabbed the wrong can?

I also recommend the Joseph's Lavash bread, great for wraps or pizza. They carry it at my Walmart.
