I had a crappy apple yesterday too. It was a granny smith -which I usually love - but this one tasted off to me like it wasn't completely ready or something. I ate half and tossed the rest. I hate wasting food so it really sucks when I have something that just tastes so bad I can't finish it.

I've had trouble controlling my cravings. I'll let myself have a small treat but then it leads to more and pretty soon I'm eating anything I can find to satisfy my craving. Thank you for posting this. I usually see a drop in pounds the first week and I gained a pound instead. I need to weight my food, not estimate like I've been doing. I ordered a scale and next week is going to be better! Thanks for the post!

Tonight's dinner is French Dip Sandwiches with grilled zucchini and roasted potato wedges. I do the London Broil in the crock pot and then assemble the sandwiches when I get home, top with provolone, and bake until melted and toasty.
