This is all new to me...let me make sure I’m understanding the deficit correctly...Let’s say I’m eating 1200 cals In food and my Fitbit says I’ve burned 2000 cals I’m walking around...then my deficit is 800??? Is that right? And you need how much of a deficit to lose, 500??
