Are your headphones wired or wireless? If wired, where is the player (phone, MP3 player, etc.)? It sounds like a static build-up problem to me, but only if the headphones are wired and occasionally discharging via the wire to another object/ground.

as Nancy Nmuller4739 says, start with a half hour walk, but I suggest you gradually increase it to an hour or more. Twice as much walking should burn twice as many calories, and walking in the 'fat burn' exercise zone, assuming it's not a 'stroll' nor a 'race-walk'.
