Sorry for the late check in. I weighed myself yesterday and logged some meals. I was busy and munched in between 😒. You are doing great @ERB2018 . I need some yoga too! Thanks for posting 😃

Thank you for posting @ERB2018. You are doing amazing. Keep it up! 😃 My goals for this week are : 1. I will work out / do yoga for at least 15 minutes at home every day 2. I will weigh in every day 3. I will log my meals everyday
