That makes a lot of sense. Thank you, I'll try that!

I don't track my food on MFP unfortunately. However, even though I don't know the exact calories of what i'm eating, I am sure that they are pretty low. For example, some days i'll have an egg and two slices of bread with butter, and i'm full for the day.

No my routine has stayed pretty much the same. The only things that are different is my water intake has heavily increased from before and my sleep has decreased a little because I wake up early to run. I also stopped HIIT and toning because they were making my legs too bulky and I was trying to lean them out through…

I gained the freshman 15 (or 20 with the new addition of running) this past year because of college, and I did no workouts in 2019 but was slender at 110 lbs! But now when i'm working out i get heavier, which is not what i expected haha

That is true, I expect to have slow results but I definitely did not expect to GAIN weight...

I'm 128 lbs (was 125 last time i checked) and 5'5. I wake up at 8am every morning to run 1-2 miles, and then walk until i hit my 10000 steps. Afterwards I do some additional ab exercises and some HIIT if I feel like it. The rest of the day I work at a desk (but I try to move around every hour). I eat whole foods at a…

A lot of people are also saying I have not been in a deficit, but I don't think that's the issue. A few months ago, I was at 110 lbs and I had maintained that weight for 2 years while eating whatever I wanted. Now (after I started college lifestyle) I am eating half of what I used to eat in an attempt to lose some weight…

I am 5'5 and 125 lbs. I do want to get down to 115 even if that's on the lower end of my BMI. However I don't think it will be unhealthy since I do have prominent fat stores I would like to get rid of. Additionally, I weighed in at around 110 just a few months ago (before I started college) and I was the healthiest I had…

I am also eating an average of 1500 calories per day

I’m trying to lose 10 pounds of fat, and I am 125lbs and 5’5.

If it helps, my hip and thigh measurements were about 2 inches bigger than yesterday. I also only drink water on my runs. i'm trying to slim down my hips and thighs, so it's a little frustrating. Also no, I run after I use the bathroom.

I ran/walked completely fasted this morning though, so I didn't eat anything beforehand...I also only drank water. But it might be water retention like you suggested. Thank you

I took a before and after picture, one yesterday morning, and one after my run in the same position. There is a definite increase in volume of my body. I didn't weigh myself though. I know it's impossible I gained 10 lbs of fat but I just want to know why it looks like I does?

I have been doing a lot of squats, lunges, hiit, leg raises, and other similar moves. I had started out with little muscle, but had gained a little bit fat on my legs so i decided to incorporate those moves to hopefully get rid of the fat (which I now realize was the wrong approach). instead my legs just gained muscle and…

Thanks for the advice! I just have some concerns about being in a calorie deficit for that long. I used to be at 110 lbs about 9 months ago and I could eat about 2000+ calories to maintain, which I hope to do by the end of my journey this time as well. By maintaining a calorie deficit for many weeks, I don't want my…

I'm 5'5 and no unfortunately i don't have a food scale. However I can make educated guesses about what i'm eating. For example I'll have 2 eggs for breakfast and just log it in on MFP using the search function.
