This is helping a lot. I can’t thank you guys enough. Moving foward I’m going to focus on constant logging of meals and move to a 3500 calorie diet.

thank you for the replies! As you all assumed I had no prior knowledge to anything diet. We were burning so many calories a day you could eat whatever and maintain a solid weight. I thought carbs were basically bread and starches but I was very wrong haha. I basically wanted to go meat and veggies. I have read a lot more…
