Like many in this thread, I'm at my highest weight ever. I drink sparkling water with either lime or fresh mint leaves. The latter is really nice and give quite a nice flavour to the water. I would suggest adding some flavour to plain water as that may make it more palatable. Also, fruity herbal teas can be substituted for plain water.
